Contact Us

We would love to have you as a volunteer at Salt Lake Donated Dental Services (SLDDS).  Since 1990, SLDDS has been partnering with volunteer dental professionals committed to preserving oral health through preventive education and restorative treatment for our community’s most vulnerable. Having lost all of his own teeth in his early twenties due to poverty, local dentist, Dr. Ralph B. Montgomery wanted to make quality restorative dental care accessible for those who had a tooth ache but couldn’t afford to see a dentist in a private setting.  SLDDS offers a tremendous opportunity to give back to the community. Our clinic has five operating rooms, two of which are set up for hygiene use, with modern equipment and materials available. Dentist are welcome to bring their own dental assistants or use the experienced and qualified dental assistants we have on staff.

SLDDS’s volunteer dental professionals are our most valuable resource. Without you we simply would not be able to provide the same level of care for our community’s homeless and indigent. Thank you, we appreciate your time. Your service will change the lives of our community’s underserved.

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact our volunteer coordinator.  We would love to give you a tour of our clinic and introduce you to our staff.
